The Robots here in RoboDAO are very pleased to announce our recent acquisition of the Governor’s Mansion!
On the 31st of October, after completing our first official RoboDAO vote, a team of RoboDAO representatives took on the challenge of bidding for the Neonexus Governor’s Mansion while the rest of us waited in anticipation of the results. Without knowing the wallet address being used for the bid, most of us watched the auction blindly as the bid prices climbed. When the auction timer hit zero and the hammer fell at 1,050 SOL, it was announced that the RoboDAO had won! We were all completely elated by the realization of what this meant for the future of RoboDAO.
Why NeoNexus Governor’s Mansion
Metaverses are going to be a huge industry, and with Solarians already having a direct partnership with Rumble Worlds (an open metaverse), the NeoNexus Governor’s Mansion drew the DAO’s attention.
NeoNexus is a highly ambitious project, with a great community and team. Both RoboDAO and Neonexus have significant mutual support for each other, with many Solarians being owners of NeoNexus Golden Tickets and Residential Properties, and many NeoNexus citizens owning Solarians. Jack Shi (CEO of NeoNexus) is a proud Solarian owner and has made significant efforts to spend time with our community.
The future looks exciting for NeoNexus and the Governor’s Mansion gives RoboDAO a role in planning that future! On top of planning privileges, RoboDAO gets access to special rewards from the NeoNexus team, and will get to host events in the Governors Mansion!

Where to now for RoboDAO?
The community will decide; anything is possible! The RoboDAO still has over 4,200 SOL in it’s treasury, and will continue to receive contributions from its share of DigitalEyes’ service fees and royalties from sales of Solarians on secondary marketplaces. We are the most well-funded DAO on Solana at the time of writing.
As a community, we are currently formalizing our DAO processes as well as planning out how we want to allocate between our different major initiatives, e.g. investment in NFTs and other projects, staking, community-building initiatives, etc.
